Everything you need to know about our process, pricing, measurements, and how to work with House of DUKE Fashion.
Bespoke at House of DUKE means every garment is made from scratch, specifically for you. It begins with your measurements, your posture, your proportions — and results in a garment that fits and represents you precisely. It is not altered off-the-rack. It is engineered for you.
Our process has five stages: Measurement Consultation → Style & Fabric Refinement → Transparent Price Agreement → Structured Production → Quality Inspection & Delivery. You can start online by submitting the contact form or booking a session, and our team will guide you through each stage professionally.
Our negotiation engine is structured and transparent. After you submit your order, we send a formal quotation with the proposed price, timeline, and payment structure. You can accept, or propose a revision. All offers are version-tracked and timestamped. Once both parties agree, the price is locked, an invoice is generated automatically, and production begins. We do not call this bargaining — we call it professional agreement.
We operate on a 60% deposit / 40% balance structure. The 60% deposit is required after the price is agreed and the invoice is generated. This activates your production slot. The remaining 40% is due before delivery. Payment options include Paystack and Flutterwave for Nigerian clients, and Stripe for UK and international clients.
You can submit your measurements directly through the Measurements tab on our Contact page. If you are unsure how to take your own measurements, you can book a virtual consultation via Zoom or WhatsApp and we will guide you through the process. Alternatively, visit us at Suite 17 Salient Plaza, Barnawa, Kaduna for a professional in-person fitting.
Production timelines vary depending on the garment type and complexity. Typical timelines are: Bespoke Suit — 2–3 weeks, Agbada / Senator — 2–3 weeks, Wedding Collections — 3–4 weeks, Corporate Wear — 1–2 weeks. Your exact timeline is agreed and confirmed at the pricing stage, and you can track production progress through your client dashboard once we launch the full platform.
